Professionally Modified 49cc Scooter, upgraded to 80cc with its Big Bore Kit etc., but registered as a 49cc so there’s no DMV.

Basically it’s a used 80cc scooter for sale. Sure, it has faded paint so it’s not looking new. If performing better than new is important to ya, then be the first one to buy it. It ain’t the pertiest, but if nobody can catch you to get close enough to see it, who cares! The price reflects the appearance by the way.
